Vintage Romantic

Love the soft cream and blush shades used in these vintage romantic style weddings. For this bride's bouquet we used blush garden roses, creamy ranunculas, anemonies, dusty miller and silver brunia. The wedding took place at Olde Dobbin Station. We decorated the aisle with babies breath pommanders and the table centerpieces had blush garden roses, anemonies, hydrangea, babies breath and dusty miller.

We have a table scape here for the huge King's table for an intimate wedding reception at The Club at Carlton Woods. Soft pinks and ivories were chosen to fill the various candle holders and vases provided by the bride.

Carlton Woods Member Guest 2013

The Annual Member Guest Event is one of our favorite events at the Club at Carlton Woods. This year we created a theme incorporating natural elements of the season - pumpkins & bittersweet. Different tablescapes were created; one with our iron tree accented with lemon leaf, mango calla lilies and hanging rose petals. The second with a set of three glass candlesticks accented with curly willow, succulents and orchid blooms decorated the base. The third table had a set of 3 candle sticks topped with pumpkins and candles with bittersweet along the table runner. The weather cooled off perfectly for this Autumn event.

Some of the flowers used throughout the event were, king protea, cymbidium orchids, lilies, miniature calla lilies, gladiolas, roses, tropical leaves, green trick, thistle, equisitem, hypericum berries, mocara orchids, and spider mums.

May Wedding at The Carlton Woods

This post is all about the romance of weddings. What a BEAUTIFUL wedding at The Club at Carlton Woods. With flowers literally everywhere the entire clubhouse was transformed into a beautiful romantic oasis for the couple to celebrate their union!
The ceremony decor consisted of a square arch covered with white hydrangea, peach and yellow roses, various green vines and accents of curly willow.
The aisle was accented by a white aisle runner, rose petals on either side and these beautiful iron shepherd hooks with open lanterns, each holding a beautiful arrangement of flowers including white hydrangea, peach roses, yellow miniature garden roses and accents of curly willow.

The reception was truly stunning. A focal table of clustered bouquets of all the flowers used throughout the wedding slanted in tall glass cylinders was eye catching!
With 4 different styles of arrangements the table centerpieces were incredible... WOW!

It was a pleasure to provide stunning florals for a fabulous bride. We love what we do and are grateful for the opportunity to share with you!

Mother's Day at The Club at Carlton Woods 2013

Mother's Day at The Club at Carlton Woods is always a party! With soft shades of lavender, white, pinks and yellow the club house was filled with a soft romantic feel.

The table arrangements were done in a traditional style in pedestal vases with two tone pink and white roses, statice, miniature garden roses, and my favorite, lavender stock.
Over at the Fazio club house the arrangements were a little more contemporary with lavender tulips and liatris, white stock and lavender roses. These beauties were created in a clustered more contemporary style.
Ahh, the buffet arrangements are always beautiful pieces of art! Incorporating the existing colors and blooms into a fabulous arrangement that spirals up this beautiful iron trellis, you really get a feel of being in an english garden where everything is soft and naturally beautiful.

Dinners at The Carlton Woods

The Club at Carlton Woods is a lovely place for any event, from intimate dinners to lavish receptions, the accommodations are wonderful. The centerpieces above were made with vivid two tone roses, blue hydrangea and orange tulips, and green cymbidium orchids with accents of greenery.
These long and low arrangements sat on a long dining table and added just the right amount of color and personality to the dining room. WIth hot pink miniature garden roses, snap dragons, white hydrangea, green hypericum berries, and copper wire accents the arrangements were a perfect blend of texture and color.
Each week The Club at Carlton Woods has us create a beautiful arrangements for their entry table. This weeks was so beautiful I couldn't resist posting pictures of it. Made with orange roses, blue delphinium, green bells of Ireland, yellow mocara orchids, and green cymbidiums it was breathtaking!
