We Are Party People!

There's nothing we enjoy more than a good party! But no party is complete without stunning decor, right? In addition to the fresh fragrance they provide, fresh florals add texture, color and visual impact to any room. The pieces above were just a few of our favorites from a part we did with a major contemporary flare. We created gorgeous visual impact with lots of texture by using Kangaroo paw, naked sunflowers, pin cushion protea, spider mums, safari sunset, amaranthus, curly willow and roses. With the holidays around the corner, make sure that your parties are simply perfect by calling us early to place your party orders!

Sun shining day

Everybody could use a little sunshine right? How can you resist the big beautiful faces of these shinning beauties! This was a fun buffet tablescape that we did for a home party this last weekend. Speaking of sunshine, September is such a beautiful month here. It finally starts cooling down enough to enjoy the great outdoors. There's nothing like waking up in the morning and going for a walk when the air is still cool and crisp, it makes us smile. So tell us what kinds of things make you smile?

Buy Yourself Flowers

Why wait for your guy to treat you? A bouquet can put you in a good mood -- and even give you an all-day energy boost -- regardless of where it comes from, according to Harvard psychologist Nancy Etcoff, PhD. When we see flowers, our brains may instantly conjure festive memories. Put a vase of gerbera daisies on your kitchen table to start your morning right.

So what's stopping you? Go buy yourself some gorgeous flowers!

Can't Buy Me Love

We love a good party and a few weekends ago we made these little beauties with lilies and blue delphinium for a fun beatles themed Quincinera party. It's always fun to make arrangements more individual and personal. They were thrilled with the fun pictures of the group and were rocking out to their top hits all night long.
We also made this gorgeous arrangement as a prototype for one of our brides. I know sometimes it's difficult to picture what the arrangement would look like. If you are one who needs to visualize things, then we highly reccomend getting a prototype or duplicate arrangement for a bridal shower or engagement party so you can see if it is exactly what you are looking for! We are always happy to help in any way we can!

Golf Course Views

There are great advantages with picking a venue with a golfcourse. My favorite is of course the beautiful scenery and picture opportunities. This beautiful bride had a gorgeous bouquet with hydrangea, roses, miniature garden roses and stock.
Stock is such an unfortunate name for such a beautiful flower. It's slightly spicy fragrance is intoxicating. In fact, I would love to have a giant bouquet of stock in my home everyday. It's a great addition for texture to any arrangement.

Strawberries and Chocolate

Although the summer can be excruciatingly hot it didn't deter this beautiful couple from taking the plunge. Miss Amber picked a beautiful all inclusive location called Theresa's Place for their event. They used the adorable outdoor gazebo for their ceremony. And just to spice things up a bit we created a luscious flower garland in hot pinks and whites to dress it up. The fragrance from the stargazer lilies was heavenly in the evening sun.

Miss Amber had a beautiful bouquet with pink hydrangea, gerbera daisies with crystal accents, tulips and stock with a fun criss cross ribbon wrap in pinks and chocolate browns. Her attendants carried fun and whimsical bouquets of 3 different shades of pink gerbera daisies, while the gentlemen wore rolled rose petal boutonnières wrapped in coordinating satin ribbon.

We used 3 different styles of centerpieces in the reception hall to add variety and visual interest throughout the room. The floating gerbs with pink underwater lights created a soft pink glow to illuminate the tables adding a fun element to the room. The tall arrangements were a fun mix of lilies, gerbera daisies, tulips and wax flower, while the low all around arrangements were in a similar style. We used pink and white rose petals to sprinkle on all the tables throughout the room to add a soft romantic touch to the setting.
