Fresh Greens
This lovely reception at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center was held on St. Patricks day! With golden table cloths and a combination of white and green flowers the room was fit for any lucky couple to enjoy. The high arrangements were gathered in our tall fluted vases with a combination of bells of Ireland, white hydrangea, white roses, and white calla lilies. While the low arrangements were a fun and textural combination of green hypericum berries, spider mums and white hydrangea! We are so happy for the "Lucky" couple!

Perfectly Pink for Spring
With all this fabulous rain we are having, and the warmer temperatures as well it's so nice to see gardens in bloom, vines going wild, and lovely bright colors come back into season! This lovely wedding on the Forest Deck at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center featured a variety of shades of pink as the color scheme. The backdrop of neutral browns and greens is such a nice contrast to the fun and lively hot pinks in this pallet.
The stage was set perfectly with draping tulle across the top of the gazebo and our soft flowing rental white curtains accented by floral tie backs and two stunning altar pieces in two different tones of pink gladiolas. The aisle was also decorated with hot pink miniature pomanders hanging from low shepherd hooks and clusters of coordinating blooms on the chairs.
The brides bouquet was a beautiful combination of star gazer lilies, phaleanopsis orchids and full size roses in soft pinks and blush tones. The groom sported a matching phaleanopsis bloom with bear grass loops and white ribbon. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful ceremony! We love spring!

2012 Bridal Show... part 3
Each year we like to have one show stopper, jaw dropping arrangement in the middle of our table. This year we chose classic colors of white and green in an arrangement that was filled with pillowy white hydrangea, full and open white roses, green bells of Ireland, stunning french tulips and accents of jem covered branches on top of a beautiful vase filled with curly willow. Arrangements like these are perfect for large events to help create a more intimate setting, to frame the bridal party at the ceremony or as a buffet arrangement helping to tie all the floral elements together. Either way if you envision it we can create it.

2012 Bridal Show... part 2
Each year at the bridal show we create some beautiful coordinating pieces for the vendors we are in cahoots with! This towering candelabra of beautiful white blooms went perfectly of the table mock up for The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center booth. While the low arrangement with white spider mums and champagne roses was a perfect accent next to the delicious chocolate covered strawberries.
Another one of our favorite vendors is The Club at Carlton Woods. This beautiful piece in a rustic urn could be used as a contemporary more natural altar piece, aisle arrangements or something by the door to welcome guests.
And of course our favorite part of our booth are all the beautiful bouquets. We love to have a wide variety of bouquets for the brides to "test drive." It's a great chance to see how you like the feel, weight, and shape of different styles.
Whether you want something with vibrant colors or a more toned town classical look we always have a beautiful variety to experiment with.
Curious about what we could do to make your big day a complete success? Give us a call and sit down with one of our expert consultants. We take pride in helping create the vision you have for your big day.

2012 Bridal Show... part 1
We have some absolutely fabulous photos to share with you from our annual bridal show at The Waterway Marriott in The Woodlands.
This year we featured a wide array of arrangement ideas, ceremony decor and beautiful bouquets in a variety of styles. Texture is still one of the most requested elements in wedding florals and this bouquet above with vibrant orange lilies, anemones, hypericum berries, and thistle is a perfect blend of soft textures with fun lines and dramatic contrast. With purple still a highly requested color we put together a pomander that could be used on our wrought iron shepherd hooks, or as a flower girl bouquet. Or go more traditional and showcase some beautiful timeless red roses suspended on a clear glass vase with dripping crystal strands.
The fabulous thing about the bridal show is that we can show off up and coming trends, new techniques or timeless classics, like the cascade bouquet with various white blooms and hanging stephanotis. We also love to show off our beautiful rental items, like our lanterns and wrought iron shepherd hooks.
We also love to create a few different styles of coordinating centerpieces with a variety of colors and textures.
Our biggest goal is to give you the opportunity to text out different styles, textures and colors of bouquets and of course meet our fabulous team! {stay tuned for part 2 coming soon}
