D. W. at Augusta Pines

Talk about a bride that was truly glowing on her wedding day. It's brides like her that make you love this business. She was so excited to see her flowers and couldn't stop smiling and saying thank you. The funny thing is that I was really the one who should be saying thank you to her for caring enough to pick a professional florist to be a part of one of the biggest days of her life.

We used a classic color scheme of all white and green to brighten up the sanctuary. A slightly contemporary urn arrangement with all white gladiolas creates a beautiful vertical statement and a more intimate setting in such a tall venue. The Mothers wrist corsages were made on customer silver wire cuffs with different coordinating white blooms. The wire cuffs are extremly comfortable and they can be fitted as tight as you would like, no slipping, no sliding around on your wrist, plus they are light weight.

Augusta Pines was the choosen venue for this blushing bride. As you enter their reception hall you are greeted by a beautiful grand staircase that surrounds a giant crystal chandelier. The iron work on the staircase is truly breathtaking. Since this is the central focal point for the room the bride elected to dress it up, making everything feel more custom. Using a shimmery organza fabric to drape down the banister every few feet we attached a handtied cluster of flowers with a beautiful silver ribbon. The clusters included tibet roses, white dendrobium orchids, white stock, white miniature garden roses, and mixed greenery. The white flowers, silver fabric, and beautiful curve of the staircase set the tone for a very romantic ambiance to celebrate the begining of a beautiful life together.
