Wedding in the Tropics...

... or at least thats what it looked like. Although some would argue Houston is semi-tropical. But this is one of those occasions where the photos say it all. Classy, modern, feminie and passionate were just some of the qualities incorporated into this beautiful wedding.
The ceremony was held on the Forest Deck at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center but instead of using the gazebo this bride re-oriented her ceremony to face the sunset, creating a more intimate setting. It also made for some stunning silouette photographs. Her altar arrangements sparkled with curly willow draped with dangling crystals creating a canopy over a beautiful lush arrangement of purple, fuschia and green flowers.
The cake was adorned with a variety of blooms used throughout the wedding including phaleanopsis orchids, hydrangea blooms, stock, miniature garden roses and calcinia. Again this was one of those events where the pictures just don't seem to do the arrangements justice. The combination of styles, the colors, and the atmosphere created the perfect ambiance and was in just a few words, absolutely fabulous!
